18-Position Push-In Plug with Mating Flange
TE Connectivity AMP Connectors 1-1986726-8 is an 18-position plug with female sockets, designed for free-hanging in-line mounting with 180° wire entry. The 0.150" (3.81mm) pitch and single-level layout make it a common fit for industrial terminal block systems where each circuit is individually wired. The screwless push-in spring termination accepts 14-30 AWG or 0.05-2 mm² wire — solid or ferruled stranded — and holds without a tool. This speeds harness assembly and resists loosening under vibration compared to screw-clamp terminals. Rated 9 A at 300 V (UL), the connector handles control power and signal circuits in industrial panels, PLC I/O racks, and motor control centres.
