10-position plug with 270° wire entry
The 1-1986371-0 is the 10-position member of TE Connectivity's plug family with 270° wire entry, accepting 14-30 AWG (0.05-2 mm²) wire into a screw rising cage clamp termination. Rated 11 A at 300 V with tin-plated mating contacts, the plug suits power distribution in panel and enclosure wiring where the wire enters at a right angle to the mated header.
Side stacking and cage clamp termination
Side stacking allows multiple plugs to be ganged without additional hardware — the M2 screw size is consistent across the stack, and each level uses a single row of 10 positions per level. The rising cage clamp captures the conductor against the current bar; wire preparation is strip-and-insert with no ferrule required for stranded wire within the AWG range.
