The TE 1-2345728-1 is a 1-position plug housing from the Power Versa-Lock series, designed for free-hanging inline wire-to-wire or wire-to-board connections where a single power or signal circuit needs a robust, latch-secured interface. The housing accepts female socket contacts (ordered separately) and uses a latch holder for positive retention — a detail that matters when the connector is routed in a harness that sees vibration or occasional service pulls. The mating half is a male pin header or receptacle housing from the same Power Versa-Lock series; the latch holder on this plug engages the corresponding latch on the mating connector for a vibration-resistant lock. For a single-position inline splice, this plug mates with a 1-position Power Versa-Lock receptacle housing.
