Board Fit and Automated Assembly
The header is unshrouded, so the mating connector slides directly over the pins without a guide wall — fine for board-to-board stacking where the alignment is set by the board edges or a separate alignment pin. Packaged in a tube and marked with the Pick and Place feature — the header is compatible with vacuum-pick automated assembly. The flat top surface gives the nozzle a clean grab, which keeps cycle times down on the placement machine.
