The 1-2842103-0: The breakaway construction means the 10-position strip can be snapped to shorter lengths, giving flexibility for prototype runs or mixed BOM positions without stocking multiple part numbers. The solder tails are tin-plated (78.7 µinch / 2.00 µm) for reliable reflow wetting. Surface mount termination with a Pick and Place feature means the header is compatible with automated assembly lines — the flat top and uniform profile allow vacuum pick without tilt.
This unshrouded header mates with standard 2.00 mm pitch female socket connectors — typically AMPMODU or compatible series.
