50-Position AMP-Latch Header — Board-to-Cable Fit

The 0.100-inch (2.54mm) pitch and matching row spacing align directly with standard 50-conductor ribbon cable — the IDC technician can press the mating socket onto the cable and trust the pitch lands on every conductor, not between them.

The tin-plated posts (100.0 µinch) are for the solder joint to the PCB. Rated 1A per contact at 250VAC, with the current ceiling set by the 0.100-inch pitch and the UL94 V-0 housing material.

The 1379030-3 is a 12-position, right-angle header with tin finish and friction lock, also a different form factor. Neither is a direct drop-in replacement for the 50-position, vertical, gold-plated 1-5102155-0.
