The 30.0 µinch gold over nickel on the mating face supports hundreds of cycles without contact fretting. The housing is glass-filled polyester, black, with an insulation height of 0.320" (8.13 mm) — enough standoff for trace routing under the body.

Temperature Range and Plating Detail

Operating temperature spans -65°C to 125°C, which covers most industrial cabinet, outdoor telecom, and automotive underhood environments where the connector sees ambient extremes.
