The 1-640456-3: This is a 13-position, single-row, vertical through-hole header from the MTA-100 series. It mates with standard MTA-100 IDC receptacles for a wire-to-board connection. The 1-640456-3 offers two more positions, a wider 0.100" pitch, vertical orientation, and a friction lock instead of a detent.
