The 1-770874-1: This is a 4-position, 2-row header from the Mini-Universal MATE-N-LOK series, pitched at 4.14mm on both row and column spacing. The board lock feature holds the header in place during wave solder, preventing float and keeping the pins aligned through the board. Rated for 600VAC, with current capacity depending on the wire gauge used in the mating half.
Gold Plating and Temperature Range
The mating contacts carry 30.0µin gold over nickel, which handles repeated mating cycles well — a good fit for field-serviceable equipment where the connector sees occasional disconnect. The post tails are tin-plated at 150.0µin for reliable solder wetting.
