4.00 mm pitch sealed header for harsh environments
The 1-776275-1 is an 8-position, 3-row header from TE's AMPSEAL series, built for board-to-cable/wire connections where sealing and vibration resistance matter. The 4.00 mm pitch and 0.157" row spacing define the PCB footprint — a standard 4 mm grid that matches the AMPSEAL receptacle family.
Sealing and contact finish
The header is sealable — the housing accepts a gasket or seal (sold separately) to achieve an environmental seal when mated with the matching AMPSEAL receptacle. Contacts are brass, circular male pins, loaded in all 8 positions. The insulation is black glass-filled PBT (UL94 V-0 rated).
