10-Position Plug Housing for Junior Power Timer Harnesses
It uses a 5.00 mm pitch with a 6.00 mm row spacing, giving enough room for the 20–16 AWG power and signal circuits this family typically handles. Contacts are not included; this is the shell only, ordered separately as crimp terminals (tab-type contacts).
5.00 mm Pitch, 2-Row Layout
The 0.197" (5.00 mm) contact-to-contact pitch is standard for power-grade interconnects in this class — wide enough to support the current rating of the matching tab terminals without excessive creepage concerns. The dual-row arrangement packs 10 circuits into a compact but serviceable footprint, with each row offset by 0.236" (6.00 mm). This geometry mates with the corresponding Junior Power Timer header or receptacle, so the board layout or harness jig must match these exact centerlines.
