20-position board-to-board receptacle at 1.27 mm pitch
The 104196-5 is the 20-position, single-row member of TE's AMPMODU System 50 board-to-board receptacle line, mating with the matching System 50 pin header. Gold-plated mating contacts rated 1 A at 30 VAC, through-hole right-angle mounting with push-pull fastening and a board guide for alignment during assembly.
Pitch, footprint, and routing density
The 1.27 mm pitch on a single row keeps the board footprint narrow — the 0.117" (2.97 mm) insulation height and right-angle solder tails with 0.100" (2.54 mm) post length fit tight board-edge layouts where vertical clearance is limited. UL94 V-0 glass-filled thermoplastic housing, operating temperature -65°C to 105°C, with 30.0 µin (0.76 µm) gold on the mating interface and 150.0 µin (3.81 µm) tin-lead on the solder posts.
