Breakaway header for board-to-board or cable duty
The 104426-8 is the 10-position member of TE's AMPMODU Mod II breakaway header line, rated for board-to-board or cable interconnection. Gold-plated mating contacts (30.0µin) on a 0.100" pitch carry 3 A per circuit; the thermoplastic housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and operates from -65°C to 105°C.

The 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch sets the board footprint and routing density; the gold-on-copper-alloy mating interface supports repeated connect-disconnect cycles without the fretting corrosion risk of tin in low-voltage signal paths.
