The 1470109-8 is an 8-position, dual-row header on a 0.079" (2.00 mm) pitch with an identical 2.00 mm row spacing, giving you a compact 4×2 grid for signal routing on a tight board. The 4-wall shrouding and detent lock mean the header mates with a matching receptacle and stays locked without a secondary latch — useful in enclosures where you can't reach a separate lock tab.
