Board-to-wire header for tight-pitch harnesses
Gold mating contacts (8.00µin) handle repeated connect/disconnect cycles in signal-level circuits, while the tin post finish suits standard soldering or press-fit assembly.
Pitch, position count, and termination options
At 2.00mm pitch, this header saves board space compared to 2.54mm alternatives, but the 6-position count keeps the footprint manageable for hand-routing. The dual termination — press-fit or solder — means the same part can be pressed into plated through-holes for solderless assembly or wave-soldered in a standard process. Rated at 32VDC, this is a signal-level voltage; the limiting factor is the 2.00mm pitch creepage distance, not the contact itself.
RoHS3 compliant and packed in bulk, it ships as loose pieces for hand-loading or automated placement.
This header mates with RITS series cable receptacles using the latch holder — confirm the mating half part number before committing the BOM line. Insulation height of 0.512" (13.00mm) provides clearance for cable strain relief or overmoulding behind the mating face.
