5-position plug with side interlock
The 1546018-5 is a 5-circuit plug from the TE Buchanan series, designed for unshrouded headers with a 0.197" (5.00mm) pitch. Tin-plated phosphor bronze contacts carry 12 A at 300 V, terminated via a screw rising cage clamp accepting 14-30 AWG (0.05-2 mm²) wire.
Side interlock and wire entry
Side interlock features allow ganging multiple plugs side-by-side without additional hardware; the 90° wire entry routes conductors parallel to the header axis, saving clearance above the termination.
