3-Position VAL-U-LOK Plug Housing
The TE Connectivity VAL-U-LOK 1586103-3 is a 3-position plug housing for a single-row, 4.20mm-pitch wire-to-wire interconnect system. It is the male side of the VAL-U-LOK family, designed to accept crimp terminals and mate with the corresponding receptacle housing. The natural polyamide (PA) body carries a locking ramp for positive retention in vibration-prone environments like automotive harnesses and industrial control cabinets.
Crimp Termination — Contacts Ordered Separately
The crimp termination method accepts the VAL-U-LOK male pin terminals (TE part number 1586103-x series), which are sold individually. For a 3-position assembly, the BOM needs three pin contacts plus the plug housing.
