It accepts male or female crimp contacts (sold separately) and mounts to a panel via snap-in retention.
This housing is the shell and the terminal-position retainer only. To populate it, order the matching Universal MATE-N-LOK crimp terminals — male pin and female socket types are both accepted.
Mating and Mounting
The latch lock engages audibly when fully seated. Mounting is panel mount, snap-in — the housing snaps into a rectangular cutout and is held by integral barbs. No additional hardware is needed for the panel fit. The 3-row layout means the mating plug must also be a 3-row, 9-position configuration.
