What this plug housing is — and what it isn't
The 2.20mm pitch and 3.00mm row spacing are standard for the 0.64 terminal family — the same footprint used across TE's automotive connector line.
The one thing you must order separately
The housing accepts the standard 0.64 series female terminals — typically 0.64mm pin diameter, crimped to the wire before insertion. If you're populating a BOM, add the terminals and the crimp tool to the same order.
Locking ramp vs. vibration loosening
Unlike a simple friction-fit housing, the ramp clicks into the header latch and requires deliberate tab depression to separate. For a harness routed near an engine or in a machine with constant vibration, this ramp is what keeps the connection from backing out over time.
