This housing ships empty. The housing accepts standard Multi-Lock crimp sockets; the exact wire gauge range and terminal part number are specified in the series datasheet. For a production BOM, budget for both the housing and the per-position terminals — the housing alone is only the mechanical shell.
The 175967-2 mates with a Multi-Lock header or receptacle of matching 20-position, dual-row, 2.50 mm pitch layout. The friction lock on this plug engages with the corresponding ramp or detent on the mating header. Because the housing is free-hanging, it terminates a cable harness; the mating half is typically board-mounted or panel-mounted. Confirm the mating part number from the same series — the 20-position count and dual-row configuration are the key alignment constraints.
