The push-pull fastening type provides a positive latching engagement — no secondary lock, so the mating pair relies on the latch for vibration retention. Termination is solder to through-hole posts: the contact length after the board is 0.102" (2.60 mm), suitable for standard 1.6 mm PCBs with a solder fillet visible on the bottom side. The post finish is 100 µinch tin — compatible with lead-free and tin-lead solder processes.
