You need the matching Power Double Lock female crimp socket terminals (TE part number 1-917806-1 or similar) to populate the 12 cavities. The housing accepts the crimp terminals, which are then locked in place by the housing's integrated retention tines. Factor the terminal order into your BOM; the housing alone will not complete a wire harness.
