The 178307-5 is a 16-position, 2-row shrouded header from the Dynamic D-3100 series, with a 0.150" (3.81 mm) mating pitch and 0.200" (5.08 mm) row spacing.
The thicker-than-flash plating gives better wear resistance than standard tin flash. The 3.81 mm pitch and rectangular tab contacts (copper alloy) support a per-contact current rating typical of this class — the wider pitch keeps temperature rise manageable at moderate currents, though the exact derating curve is in the product drawing.
