Board-to-cable power header with latch retention
Pitch, positions, and board lock
At 6.00 mm pitch and 3 positions, this header is wider per circuit than the 2.50 mm pitch 1-2232960-3 (also 3 positions) from the same series. The wider pitch suits power delivery where trace width and clearance matter more than density. The board lock secures the header during wave soldering and provides mechanical retention against cable-assembly shear force. Glow wire compliance makes it suitable for household appliances where the connector must not ignite under fault conditions.
The header is ROHS3 compliant and rated UL94 V-0 for the housing material. Available in tray packaging.
Mates with Power Triple Lock receptacle housings that accept the corresponding crimp terminals. Termination is solder through-hole — the right-angle pins are designed for wave or hand soldering.
