2-Position Power Header at 5 mm Pitch
It carries silver-plated tab contacts rated 20 A per circuit at 250 VAC — each contact is sized for bus-level current, not signal duty. A shrouded 4-wall housing with latch holder secures the mating receptacle against vibration, and the UL94 V-0 polyamide body meets enclosure flame-rating requirements.
Glow Wire and Temperature Range
This header is glow wire compliant.
Plating and Contact Design
Silver plating on both the mating tab and the solder post is the right call for a power interconnect: silver's bulk conductivity beats tin, and at 20 A the current density keeps the contact interface below the threshold where silver sulfide tarnish becomes a concern. The rectangular tab contact shape provides a larger mating surface area than a round pin at the same pitch, reducing contact resistance under load.
