Silver plating on both the mating tab and the solder post keeps contact resistance low for that current level. The housing is fully shrouded with four walls and a latch holder, so the mated pair locks together and won't shake loose in a vibrating panel or enclosure.
Each tab is a rectangular copper alloy contact rated 20 A per circuit within the -40°C to 120°C operating range. The 250 VAC rating provides headroom for industrial control voltages.
