Product details

7-circuit push-in wire plug for 3.50 mm pitch headers

The 1986692-7 is a 7-circuit plug from TE's 1986692 series, mating with the corresponding 3.50 mm pitch pin header. It terminates solid or stranded wire from 14-30 AWG (0.05-2 mm²) using a push-in spring clamp — no screwdriver needed for the wire entry. The side-stacking feature lets multiple plugs gang together on the same header row.

Side-stacking and wire entry orientation

Wire entry is 180° straight into the plug body, and the side-stacking feature allows adjacent plugs to interlock along the header without extra hardware. The green polyamide housing is keyed to the header polarization rib — it only mates one way.
