4-position plug, 3.81 mm pitch
The 1986720-4 is a 4-position plug from TE Connectivity AMP Connectors, accepting 14-30 AWG wire with a push-in spring termination that does not require a screwdriver for the wire entry. Rated 9 A at 300 V, the tin-plated contacts and UL94 V-0 nylon housing suit it for industrial control panels and similar equipment enclosures.
Side-stacking and wire entry
The housing includes a side-stacking feature that allows multiple 1986720-4 plugs to be ganged side-by-side without additional hardware, maintaining the 0.150" (3.81mm) pitch across the assembly. Wire entry is 180° to the plug axis, and the free-hanging (in-line) mounting keeps the assembly flexible for panel wiring.
