Plug body and wire-entry layout
The 1986720-7 is a 7-position plug from TE Connectivity's 1986720 series, single-level, with 180° wire entry for straight cable exit from the housing.
Side-stacking and push-in termination
Side-stacking feature allows multiple plugs to be ganged side-by-side without additional hardware, increasing circuit density on the same mounting footprint. Termination is screwless push-in spring — wire sizes from 14-30 AWG (0.05-2 mm²) insert directly without a tool; the leg spring holds the conductor in place.
