What this 1.00 mm pitch header fits
The 1MM-HU-D08-VS-00-F-TBP: The unshrouded male pins (contact length 0.083 in / 2.10 mm) mate with a matching 1.00 mm pitch receptacle — the row spacing is also 1.00 mm, so the board layout is a simple 2×8 grid of 0.039 in pads. For higher-current or high-cycle applications, the AMPMODU 1MM series also offers shrouded headers with thicker gold — but that's a different part number.
Board layout and assembly notes
Surface-mount termination with a pick-and-place feature means this header is reflow-solder compatible. The insulation height is 0.059 in (1.50 mm) above the board — keep that in mind for the z-height budget when stacking two PCBs. The LCP housing (UL94 V-0) handles reflow temperatures without distortion.
