Power Key 4-position header for board-to-wire power
The 2-1376386-3 is a 4-circuit, dual-row header from TE's Power Key series, pitched at 5.00mm between contacts. It's a shrouded, locking-ramp design meant for board-to-cable power distribution where the connection needs to stay mated under vibration. Rated for 300VAC and a current that varies by wire gauge, the header accepts tab contacts and terminates via kinked pin solder into a through-hole PCB.
Locking ramp and glow wire compliance
The locking ramp provides positive retention beyond a simple friction latch. Mated stacking height is 19.4mm, which sets the clearance between boards when mated with the corresponding Power Key receptacle. The 0.244" (6.20mm) row spacing is wider than the 5.00mm pitch, giving room for routing traces between rows.
