The 2-1546931-5: This is a 25-position unshrouded pin header from the TE Buchanan series, on a 0.197" (5.00 mm) pitch. It is designed to mate with a Buchanan-style plug or receptacle to create a wire-to-board connection for power distribution or signal routing in industrial control panels. Rated 12 A per contact at 300 V, with a tin-plated mating finish. The side stacking feature allows multiple headers to lock together side-by-side, building a wider multi-pole terminal block without a custom PCB layout — a practical space saver in a crowded cabinet.
