FPC interconnect with ZIF slide lock
The 2-1734248-8 is the 28-position member of TE Connectivity's 1734248 FPC connector line, accepting 0.30 mm thick flat flex cable with a tapered cable end. The ZIF slide-lock actuator secures the FPC without insertion force, and the gold-plated phosphor bronze contacts are rated 1 A per circuit at 125 V.
Mating cycles and operating range
Rated for 20 mating cycles, the gold flash contact finish supports moderate reconnect duty in controlled environments. Operating temperature spans -20°C to 85°C. The PA9T housing carries a UL94 V-0 flammability rating and stands 5.50 mm above the board after SMT solder termination.
