LCP also resists reflow temperatures if the board goes through wave solder. Phosphor bronze contacts with tin-plated posts (12.0 µinch / 0.30 µm) — the tin on the solder tail wets well with standard lead-free solder; the phosphor bronze spring beam holds contact force over temperature cycling.
ROHS3 Compliant. The black LCP housing and phosphor bronze contacts contain no restricted substances above threshold limits.
This receptacle mates with any AMPMODU 2.00 mm pitch dual-row pin header (through-hole or SMT) that has 20 positions. Board footprint: two rows of 10 through-hole plated holes on 2.00 mm pitch, with row spacing also 2.00 mm. The 0.106" (2.69 mm) post length suits a 1.6 mm board; for thicker boards (2.4 mm or more), verify the post protrudes enough for a reliable solder joint.
