The 2-5499345-4: This is a TE Connectivity AMP-Latch series header, 20 positions loaded in two rows, 0.100" (2.54 mm) pitch – the standard spacing for IDC ribbon cable connectors. Short latch lock/eject hooks on the shroud provide positive retention against vibration and a mechanical lever for unmate without prying.

This header mates with AMP-Latch IDC socket connectors, 0.100" pitch ribbon cable receptacles. The latch lock/eject hooks engage the socket's strain-relief ears. Termination is solder – the through-hole posts are 0.110" (2.79 mm) long with tin finish (100.0 µin / 2.54 µm). The square 0.025" pin cross-section accepts standard wire-wrap or solder-tail PCB footprints.
