The TE Connectivity 2-968699-1 is a 2-position plug housing from the Micro Quadlok series, designed for free-hanging (in-line) crimp termination. The housing is supplied without contacts — the mating male pin terminals must be ordered separately and crimped onto the wire before insertion.
Mating and Termination — What You Need to Order
The housing accepts male pin contacts (not included) that are crimped onto the wire. The free-hanging design allows inline splicing without a PCB footprint. The mating receptacle half is a separate Micro Quadlok housing — confirm the position count and contact type (female socket) for your harness pair.
