The 5-position count matches a 5-circuit BOM line exactly — no spare cavities, no blanking plugs needed. The 4.20 mm pitch is a standard power-class spacing; the mating receptacle (TE 1379217-6) uses the same pitch and locking ramp, so the pair locks with an audible click.
The standard VAL-U-LOK crimp pin terminal (TE 1-1703663-1 or equivalent) fits 18-22 AWG wire; the terminal must be crimped and inserted until the locking lance seats. The white colour helps identify the plug half in a harness bundle.
