Mates with a Metrimate receptacle housing that accepts the corresponding crimp socket contacts. The 3-row, 9-position layout is keyed by the shroud geometry — no mis-mating with a 2-row or different-position Metrimate header. Through-hole solder termination, 0.181" (4.60 mm) post length. The mounting flange on each end provides additional mechanical retention to the PCB — useful if the mated cable assembly carries strain that would otherwise lever the header off the board.
The closest functional cross-shop is the TE 4-1775099-7, a 20-position, 2-row header on 4.20 mm pitch with a locking ramp. It carries a higher 9 A per-contact rating but a lower 250 VAC voltage ceiling, and the contact shape is square rather than circular. The 207441-7 gives you a higher voltage rating and a circular contact interface in a smaller position count — choose by the BOM's row count and voltage requirement.
