BNC Plug for RG-59/62 Coax — 50 Ohm, Crimp Termination
The TE Connectivity 227079-7 is a BNC plug, male pin configuration, designed for field termination onto RG-59, 59A, 59B, 62, 62A, or 62B coaxial cables. The connector ships as a three-piece kit — the shell, a crimp contact, and a ferrule — so you have everything needed for one termination in a single order code. The brass body carries a nickel finish, and the dielectric is polyethylene (PE). Shield termination is crimp, same as the centre contact, giving a clean, repeatable termination with standard coax crimp tooling.
