It's a standard BNC bayonet-lock connector rated to 4 GHz — covering video distribution, telecom baseband, test instrumentation, and RF signal paths up to that frequency.
Termination and cable assembly fit
This is a hand-solder operation, not a crimp or PCB-mount variant, so the cable assembly build needs a soldering station and heat-shrink over the shield termination. The connector ships as three pieces: the body, a lockwasher, and the nut — no contact or backshell is included separately. The extended insulation feature gives extra dielectric length at the solder cup, reducing the risk of shorting the centre pin to the shell during assembly.
Mating and mechanical ratings
The bayonet lock engages with a quarter-turn and holds against vibration, though it's not a sealed interface — no IP rating, so keep it indoors or in a dry enclosure.
