Gold contact finish on both rows handles the mating cycle count expected in a mezzanine or cable-to-board interconnect without fretting corrosion. The shielded shell, board guide, and board lock are standard Sliver features: the guide aligns the mating plug during blind engagement, and the lock holds the connector in place through reflow so the solder joints don't shift.
Stack Height and Board Integration
At 0.537" (13.65mm) above the board, this receptacle sets a specific mezzanine gap — the mating plug must match that height to close the stack. Tape & Reel and Cut Tape packaging options let you pick the volume fit: reel for production runs, cut tape for prototypes or small batches.
