Board-to-Board Receptacle for 2.00mm Pitch Mezzanine Stacks

The 2307815-4: Surface-mount termination with a pick-and-place vacuum pickup area enables automated reflow assembly; the 0.177-inch (4.50mm) insulation height provides clearance for component keep-outs on the mating board.

This receptacle accepts a 2.00mm pitch male header (AMPMODU or compatible) with square 0.64mm pins. The SMT solder tails are tin-plated (118.1 µinch / 3.00 µm) for good solderability with standard SAC305 reflow profiles. The LCP housing withstands lead-free reflow temperatures without distortion.

ROHS3 compliant. Housing is UL94 V-0 rated.
