4-Position Sealed Plug for Harsh Environments
The 2345394-1: This free-hanging, in-line plug accepts female socket contacts (sold separately) and uses a latch lock with Connector Position Assurance (CPA) to prevent accidental unmating under vibration. The 0.197" (5.00mm) pitch provides generous creepage for the sealed interface, while the glass-filled PA66 housing handles operating temperatures from -40°C to 120°C.
Sealed Construction and CPA Latch
The sealed design, combined with the Connector Position Assurance (CPA) feature, makes this plug suited for underhood automotive, off-highway equipment, and industrial washdown zones where moisture and debris ingress must be blocked. The latch lock provides audible feedback on full mate, and the CPA secondary lock prevents the latch from releasing under cable strain or machine vibration.
This plug housing mates with a corresponding Superseal Pro receptacle header (not included in this listing). The free-hanging (in-line) mount allows direct harness assembly without a panel cutout.
