Push-Button Release and Screwless Termination
The 2350398-6 is a 6-position plug from the TE Buchanan series, terminated with a screwless leg spring / push-in spring mechanism — strip the wire 9-10 mm, push it in, and the spring clamps it. The push-button actuator releases the wire without tools, which is the main advantage over screw-clamp blocks in high-density cabinets where a screwdriver swing is tight.
6 Circuits, Single Level, Free-Hanging
The plug is a female socket type — it mates with a male header (typically a Buchanan terminal block header, same pitch and series). Free-hanging (in-line) mounting means it connects to a panel-mount or PCB-mount header without additional hardware. The 180° wire entry aligns the cable straight into the block, which fits neatly into wireway runs.
