The 280380-1: The shrouded-3 wall design guides the mating receptacle and protects the pins from accidental bending during blind mating. A detent lock on the shroud provides a positive tactile snap when fully mated, resisting vibration-induced disconnection.
Current and environmental limits
Rated 3 A per contact at the listed operating temperature range of -40°C to 80°C. The tin-on-tin contact finish (118.1µin on both mating and post sides) is cost-effective for moderate mating-cycle applications — expect several hundred cycles before wear-through.
