0.200" Pitch, 3-Position Right-Angle Header for Board-Edge Routing

The 282815-3 is a 3-position, single-level shrouded header from TE Connectivity's Buchanan series, on a 0.200" (5.08mm) pitch. The 0.200" pitch gives each contact enough spacing to keep the temperature rise within the PA66 housing limit at full current. The side-stacking feature lets multiple 282815-3 headers interlock side-by-side without extra brackets, building wider multi-row arrays from a single part number.

The UL-rated 15 A per contact at 300 V defines the continuous power ceiling.

Termination is through-hole solder, with a contact tail length of 0.138" (3.50mm) — sufficient for standard 1.6mm PCBs with through-hole plating.
