10-position, dual-level Buchanan header
The 284056-5 is the 10-circuit member of TE's Buchanan shrouded header family, arranged as 5 positions per level in a dual-level stack. Rated 12 A at 300 V with tin-plated mating contacts, the through-hole vertical orientation suits wire-to-board connections where the header stands perpendicular to the PCB.
Dual-level layout and interlocking
The 5.00 mm pitch per level gives each circuit a wide isolation gap; the interlocking side feature lets multiple headers key together side-by-side on the board without gaps.
