2.00 mm Pitch Right-Angle Breakaway Header
Unshrouded Breakaway for Board-Edge Routing
This saves board space and allows the header to be broken to a shorter length if needed, but requires the mating connector to be self-aligning or the assembly to be fixture-guided. The square male pins (0.64 mm typical for 2.00 mm pitch) are copper alloy with tin-plated solder posts (78.7 µin tin) for reliable through-hole soldering. Insulation height is 0.059" (1.50 mm) — the distance from the board surface to the bottom of the pin shoulder. This low profile keeps the header nearly flush with the board, important when the mating receptacle sits directly above.
It is ROHS3 compliant and the thermoplastic housing meets UL94 V-0 flammability rating for equipment inside a fire-rated enclosure.
Mating and Board-to-Board Fit
This header is designed to mate with a board-mounted receptacle of the same AMPMODU series, 2.00 mm pitch, 8 positions, single row. Confirm the receptacle's mating pin entry depth to ensure full wipe.
