This keeps the header low-profile (insulation height 0.059") and reduces the z-height budget, but the pins are exposed during handling.
Termination is solder — through-hole posts (0.110" long, tin-plated) for wave or hand soldering. The square male pins (0.64mm typical for 2.00mm pitch) mate with AMPMODU receptacle contacts or compatible crimp sockets. Mating half: any AMPMODU 2.00mm pitch receptacle housing with 10 positions and 2 rows. The unshrouded header mates with both vertical and right-angle receptacles in the same series — confirm the receptacle's mating pin length matches the 0.157" header pin.
