Surface-mount termination with a pick-and-place vacuum area means the header feeds straight into an SMT line without a secondary handling step. The push-pull fastening type and unshrouded profile keep the mated stack height low — the insulation sits at 1.50 mm above the board.

The 0.157 inch mating pin length provides enough engagement depth for standard receptacles without bottoming out. The UL94 V-0 rating confirms the housing will not sustain flame in a fault condition.
